    SRS provides a reliable and consistent method of capturing people's perceptions of a brand. This allows brands to measure their performance across various stakeholders, from consumers to employees.

    Additionally, SRS enables benchmarking across different brands, categories, markets, and time periods.

    An improvement in consumer perception as measured by SRS, has been proven to align with revenue growth. Similarly, SRS has a proven correlation with trust, NPS, and claimed employee retention.

    SRS can support quantification of the $ ESG risk or opportunity and identify areas for focus. This can be used to support the business case for ESG investment, prove the value of existing programs and align strategy with stakeholder needs to maximize impact.

    SRS can then be used to pre-test new products, programs or comms and to allow ongoing measurement of progress against peers of the market across stakeholder groups.

SRS Benchmark can also be accessed as a managed service delivered via a standard report available within ~72 hours of the study commencing.

Identify sustainability-driven opportunities or threats across Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).
 
Answer questions such as:
  • Which of E, S and G are most important to consumers in this industry / category?
  • How do I perform in these areas versus my competitors?
  • Which competitor is my biggest threat and what area is driving their success?
The full diagnostic solution that utilizes Glow’s full 13 drivers of sustainability is available as a managed service (see next tab).
